The Blackrose treatments
The Blackrose programmes mark the evolution of the hot spring rites such as the sprinkling of oils, massage therapies and dedicated beauty treatments. These include the Saturnia Candle Massage, a special massage that uses the oil from precious candles, the Long Luxury, an authentic sensory experience that relieves the body of every type of tension and the Raindrop Massage incorporating 10 different essential oils. There is also the Saturnia DNA Facial, a state-of-the-art treatment that uses cryoprotein extracted from Antarctic ice and several antioxidant substances to tackle skin ageing. In addition there’s the apotheosis of luxury, the Saturnia Gold Facial, the only anti-age treatment that uses the antioxidant properties of gold to restore the skin to its original luminosity and suppleness. Guests can also choose Pure Gold, the total face and body treatment that capitalizes on the regenerating and revitalizing properties of gold.
Each programme concludes in the Relaxation Room, an oasis of tranquility where, cradled by music and suffused with light, the body slowly awakens.
