The Hot Spring Pools, the Bistrot and the Boutique are temporarily closed.

Alternatively, access to the Natural Hot Spring will be allowed through the Club with daily hours from 9.30 to 17.00 upon mandatory online booking.

During the closures of the Hot Spring Pools, a special ticket for the Club will be issued, exceptionally at the same entrance fees to the Hot Spring Pools, including the special "Family Promo" rates: children under 12 y.o., accompanied by a paying adult, enter for free, while the rate reserved for kids under 18 y.o., accompanied by a paying adult, is € 8.

The Club is the spa wellness venue dedicated to members and open to external guests wishing to enter an exclusive area, to the millenary Natural Hot Spring pool and all the facilities of the Resort, like the SPA & Beauty Clinic and the Bar | Drink & Food Library. A typical Tuscan farmhouse entirely given over to wellness: sauna, reserved whirpools, indoor and outdoor relaxation areas and small lounges with tea-rooms serving infusions.
