Sales Manager

Main responsabilities:

  • Attend internal meetings, Conference calls, client appointments and Client events;
  • Conduct Site-Inspections (trade and press);
  • Logistic Organization of Fairs, workshops and exhibitions;
  • Defining an annual sales action plan with Sales and Marketing department;
  • Execute sales actions (sales calls – participation at workshops and exhibitions), mainly focused in Europe and Cis, within set cost budget structure;
  • Scouting of new clients in order to maximize the Resort performances;
  • Gather information on assigned clients (i.g.: pricing plans, tailor made packages required);
  • Provide after-sales support to clients and Report on the Status of the accounts by maintaining accurate records;
  • Suggest services that maximize client satisfaction;
  • Build strong client relationships, through regular communication.


  • 2-3 years experience in the position or similar in luxury Hotel/Resorts;
  • Excellent Italian and English;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Easily builds rapport and establishes relationships with prospects;
  • Strong organization and time management skills, with a problem-solving attitude;
  • Commercial awareness (mainly high-end leisure segment) and hunting attitude;
  • Basic Knowledge of social media marketing;
  • Very good Office knowledge (Excel & PowerPoint);
  • Knowledge of German or Russian is beneficial.
