From new rooms and spaces dedicated to thermal rituals to the introduction of Saturnia Natural Longevity, summer 2026 represents an important step forward in the destination’s development.

New Thermal Pool Junior Suites: Saturnia’s thermal water, just for you

Among the most anticipated new features for summer 2026 are the new Thermal Pool Junior Suites, designed to offer an even more immersive and personal experience.

Four ground-floor Junior Suites will feature a private pool fed by Saturnia’s thermal water and an exclusive garden where guests can enjoy moments of relaxation in complete privacy. A new way to connect with the beneficial properties of the spring, turning each stay into an even more intimate and regenerating experience.

New spaces dedicated to wellness rituals

The wellness experience is enriched with new spaces designed to enhance the regenerating power of water, heat and silence.

Upcoming new features include:

• the Roman Bath, with a new infrared sauna and a redesigned Turkish bath;
• The Rituals Sauna, immersed in the Spring Park and dedicated to Aufguss rituals and wellness ceremonies;
• a new SPA welcome area and a new suite, The Saturnia Suite, measuring 108 sqm in total, with 3 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms, designed by Studio Marco Piva. The project draws inspiration from the most authentic elements of the Tuscan Maremma: water, earth and light. Natural materials, soft tones and bright atmospheres will accompany guests on a journey centred around the ongoing dialogue between architecture, nature and wellbeing.

Saturnia Natural Longevity: a new vision of wellness

At the end of summer 2026, Saturnia Natural Longevity will come to life as the evolution of the Terme di Saturnia Method. An innovative approach that integrates medicine, nutrition, movement, thermalism and advanced diagnostics to promote health, prevention and long-term quality of life.

The method develops through three programmes dedicated to the main biological processes of healthy ageing:

Skin Longevity
A programme dedicated to skin health and regeneration, enhancing the properties of thermal water and combining specialist assessments, treatments and personalised protocols.

Cellular Energy Longevity
Designed to support energy, vitality and metabolic efficiency through a multidisciplinary approach that integrates medicine, movement and physiological recovery.

Longevity Nutrition
A pathway focused on nutritional balance and metabolic flexibility, with personalised nutrition programmes designed for long-lasting wellbeing.

Each experience is built around an in-depth personal assessment, through the integration of diagnostic tests, specialist consultations and dedicated technologies, with the aim of creating truly personalised and measurable programmes over time.

One of the distinctive elements of Saturnia Natural Longevity will be the continuity of the journey. The experience begins before arrival with a dedicated assessment phase and continues after the stay through personalised follow-up activities. Each guest is accompanied by a Care Manager, a dedicated reference figure who coordinates the programme and supports the achievement of concrete health and wellbeing goals.
