Skin Icing Massage: A body massage performed with a “cooling effect” cream that provides an immediate sensation of lightness by activating venous and lymphatic flow, stimulating collagen and elastin fibers, reducing oxidative stress, and leaving the skin silky smooth and firm.
Fresh Flow: A yoga session featuring refreshing pranayama breathing exercises, followed by a mask made with our neutral Saturnia thermal mud.
