This retreat is designed to work on flexibility that starts with the body and also shapes our character and our daily lives, because when we are flexible we are able to face anything, with positivity, good will and proactivity.
Flexibility is one of the qualities we lose as we grow up, and it is one of the skills yoga works on with flow, gentle and empowering body movements, with moments dedicated to breathing and awareness.
We will make use of flow so vinyasa and practice in the magical, warm thermal water of Terme di Saturnia to flex the body and achieve unprecedented goals. More elastic, more positive, we expand in our body, in our mind a feeling of well-being, a feeling of total regeneration: because it is when we become more flexible that we surrender ourselves to the flow of life with lightness and positivity.
