PHYSIOTHERAPY
Our physiotherapist will unlock the key to your body applying appropriate techniques. Treatments include mobilisation, trigger point therapy, soft-tissue massage and stretching. For longer programmes our physiotherapist will provide guided rehabilitation and strengthen specific areas of your body to alleviate your symptoms and prevent damage.
