This is an invitation to regenerate yourself in an idyllic place, like Terme di Saturnia, a space dedicated to self-care with tools borrowed from yoga, meditation and Ayurveda, to reclaim your body, your physical and inner well-being. In this season when flowers turn into fruit and we are surrounded by the bright colours of exuberant nature, the ‘inner fire’ is lit. According to Ayurveda, a discipline very close to Yoga, ‘Pitta’, the dosha related to the element fire, predominates in summer. We can regain balance through a healthier life spent outdoors. By storing solar energy, we illuminate our minds and nourish our sense organs: the time has come for you to be able to express yourself to the full, properly channelling your energies to finally direct them outwards!

We will practise Yin Yoga with its tranquil rhythm and refreshing Pranayama; the hour of sunset will also be favourable for the practice of meditation, enveloped as you will be by the luxuriant and pure nature of the Terme di Saturnia, immersed in its gentle, soft and regenerating thermal waters.
In the morning, you can tune in to the fire of summer through the practice of Sun Salutations, as is also traditional during the solstice day, on which International Yoga Day (21 June) is celebrated.
